“Client,” “You,” and “Your” refer to the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms. “The Company,” “Ourselves,” “We,” and “Us” refer to CME Escapes Seminars. “Party” or “Parties” refers to the Client and the Company, individually or together.
Confidentiality
Client records are regarded as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except to service providers supporting the agreed services, payment, email delivery, or website operation, or when disclosure is legally required. We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information or use your email address for unsolicited mail. Emails sent by the Company will relate to its services and products.
Disclaimer, Exclusions and Limitations
The information on this website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company excludes representations and warranties relating to this website, its content, and content supplied by affiliates or third parties, including inaccuracies or omissions.

Payment
Payment is due through PayPal in the amount shown at checkout. The price is $22 per CME hour. Services and related documentation remain subject to payment in full.
Cancellation Policy
Seminars may not be canceled after registration letters or receipts have been issued.
Termination and Refund Policy
Either the Client or the Company may terminate a Services Agreement. No refund will be offered when a service has begun and is underway. Amounts paid for unused services will be refunded when applicable.
Availability
Unless stated otherwise, services featured on this website are available worldwide. You are responsible for evaluating the fitness of any materials for your intended purpose. Redistribution or republication of this website or its content is prohibited without the Company’s written consent.

For good and valuable consideration, the Client agrees, to the extent permitted by law, to indemnify and hold harmless CME Escapes Seminars and its successors or assigns against suits, actions, claims, demands, or damages arising from the purchase or use of its services.

The Company may update these conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after an update signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
