The process is simple. Instead of being limited to preset dates and venues, you decide where you want to vacation, build your own seminar schedule, and take your CME seminar on your terms. Send us your information before you leave. After completing your CME credits, send us proof of completion and we will provide a final course-completion letter.
How much does it cost?
The cost is twenty-two dollars ($22) per CME study hour.
How many seminar hours do I need for a vacation?
You need to purchase at least two hours of seminar time per active vacation day.
Can I visit multiple destinations on my trip?
Yes. Create seminars for the days you are in each location. You can select the accredited course material that best fits your needs.
Do you provide CME seminars?
CME Escapes Seminars does not provide CME seminar materials. We help provide the documentation needed to undertake your CME credits as a vacation seminar. You are responsible for selecting and completing the CME courses and obtaining the applicable certificates.
Can a medical professional other than a physician use CME Escapes?
Yes. Anyone who needs medical CME may use our services, provided the selected credits meet that professional's requirements.
How are the courses accredited?
Each course should clearly identify its accreditation and available credits. It is important to confirm that the course material is current, because many courses have defined validity periods.
What if my trip is canceled?
You may reschedule for a later date within the next 12 months, and we can provide the necessary supporting documentation at that time.
What if I do not have internet access at my destination?
You may print paper seminars or download course materials and videos before traveling. When internet access becomes available, log in and complete the required tests.
Can I get a pre-approval letter?
Yes. Submit all requested information before departure and ensure the CME courses you intend to take offer AMA Category 1 credits.
How long does pre-approval or an approval letter take?
Our turnaround time is typically within 48 hours by email or fax. Postal delivery time depends on the carrier unless expedited service is requested and paid for in advance.
How do I submit my information?
Use the Purchase A Seminar form on this website. You will enter your contact information, seminar topic, selected courses, travel dates, location details, and total CME hours, and then continue to PayPal.
